    The only steak I really like is strip loins. I like the fat side well seared, the outside with a good char, and the inside can be blue but certainly no more than rare. I make my own steak sauce with tahini, mayo, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

              Again you don't have to agree with it, but if you Google it you can see for yourself that most renowned professional chefs will tell you that the optimal method of cooking a high end quality cut of steak is medium-rare.

              I'm not saying you're wrong, because as I said before, I'm all for people eating their food the way they want to with no judgment, but virtually every high end steakhouse would look at you sideways if you sat down at one of their tables and ordered your steak well done.

              The photos Mouzone provided above are how professionals would serve it to you if you asked them to cook it their preferred way.
