With so many stories recently of white cops being indicted and arrested for falsifying information in cases involving black men, I’d be careful about applying the death penalty.

I am in favor of the death penalty for animals like Kyle Rittenhouse, the dude that murdered the 8 Asians and other cases where it is clear. Chauvin imo is a good candidate for the death penalty.

I dont know enough about this case yet to weigh in if the death penalty is appropriate. It may be this is like the cases I listed above.
