No doubt something has to be done about it but quoting those stats do not justify murdering Floyd. You deflect back to this stat every time you and a couple of others get backed into a corner. Chauvin murdered Floyd in plain sight. He was tried, found guilty and is going to jail. Move on.

Good for them.. I wish them well but no amount of money can bring back their son. There need to be more judgements like this since police reform is moving as slow as molasses in January. Appealing to their humanity hasn't done squat in curbing white supramacists from infiltrating the police departments. The FBI has issued warnings and expressed concerns but it doesn't appear to have done anything concrete. It's going to take a big hit in the pocketbook of the jurisdictions that have this problem for change to happen.

Here is what I don't understand... When reading through the selected jurists, most all of them had proclivities, a bias... Why would they have been selected? I just figure If I am the defense lawyer I would want to not have those jurists picked.

Also, if one reads up on Minnesota law, it appears that Chauvin will be sentenced to the worse charge and not concurrently, and as a first offender will normatively get 12 years when considering all the "add ups"... meaning he could be out in 8 years, or so, unless I am missing something.

If any of them did, none of them made them aware. Either way the whole thing has been a mess pushed by a media and political agenda. The woke have been trying to take over and the cowards who are letting them are making it even worse. Everyone is so afraid to be canceled for speaking the truth or standing up for what they believe in. The one juror literally said her decision was based on the fact that people could show up in front of her home if they didn't like her decision.

It's absolutely embarrassing when you ask any of these woke supremacists what their ultimate goal is.
