What Floyd did was terrible but nobody died and you are claiming he should die and not Chauvin. Also contrary to what you claim there is no evidence that the woman was pregnant. Floyd was convicted as per the legal system and served five years. Most of his other crimes were drug related. Possessing and selling small amounts of *******. He wasn't a saint but Chauvin is a sadistic psychopath.
Low life criminal floyd serves 5 years for a home invasion robbery and pointing a gun at a pregnant woman's belly.

Police officer Chauvin gets 12 years for having his knee on a low life criminal who was resisting arrest and drug overdosed..

    The American justice system, folks.

      I'm no psychiatrist though.

But I do know what the real definition of murder is and that wasn't murder.

That was some druggie having a panic attack because he was going to jail and dying from drugs.
Dude Chauvin murdered the guy. It's over and done with.

You got to be joking if you think what you posted even remotely makes sense. You have no idea apparently how the legal system works.

You can't have superfans and activists on juries. That just cant be allowed to happen in a free society.

I know you superfans love this case, as the shoe isn't on your foot.

But imagine you are being tried for serious crimes. You are convicted. Shortly after the trial they find pics of one of your jurors at a ***** rally wearing a ***** shirt.

Do you file an immediate appeal saying you did not have a fair trial, or do you accept the verdict as is?

We all know the answer. But can you be honest......

There is no problem with attending a ***** rally. There is no problem with wearing a ***** T shirt. It's a problem when there is a biased juror. It's a major reason why groups like *** were formed. Black people are sick and tired of being historically railroaded by white juries white dominated police review boards and white authority figures. The shoe is on the proper foot in regards to this particular case. There is no doubt in any reasonable non biased observer that Chauvin murdered Floyd. There will be no mistrial and Chauvin is going to jail to pay for the crime he committed. It's odd that the character of the murdered man is called into question by you and others in your laughable search for the truth while ignoring the history of the murderer.

Where is Ira Latrell Toles now?

Two years later, in 2008, Chauvin a few other officers responded to a domestic violence call on Columbus Ave South. The police reached the apartment at around 2 am on May 24, 2008, where a 21-year-old Toles was staying with the mother of his baby. She had called the cops on him on complaints of domestic violence.

After the police officers barged into their home, Toles ran into the bathroom where Chauvin started kicking down the door. He broke into the bathroom soon and started to hit Toles. "All I could do is assume it was the police because they didn’t announce themselves or ever give me a command. I didn’t know what to think when he started hitting me. I swear he was hitting me with the gun," Toles later told .

Chauvin strikes a suspect repeatedly about his head with his gun and when the suspect reaches for it to stop him he gets shot.

Chauvin also has been accused of using derrogatory language and inappropriate force on several occasions which led to internal investigations

He used the knee on a 14 year old boy.

It significant that the police did not allow the boy to explain what was happening before Chauvin allegedly struck him the face several times with his flashlight and choked him untill the boy passed out then proceeded to kneel on his back for 17 minutes.

His boss when he was employed as security for a club indicated that Chauvin used inappropriate levels of force when dealing with clients. She noted it was elevated especially when dealing with black people.

There will be no mistrial. Chauvin is a murderer and he's going to jail. He got a fair trial and they came to the correct judgement.

A Minnesota judge has ruled that there were aggravating factors in the death of , paving the way for a longer sentence for according to an order made public Wednesday.

In his ruling, Judge Peter Cahill found that Chauvin abused his authority as a police officer when he restrained Floyd last year, and that he treated Floyd with particular cruelty.
