That fat EMT b!tch should have been held in contempt of court. Giving sass to the judge and being sarcastic with lawyers. She got off with a warning from the judge and then continued to be snarky. Then defaulted to the crying on the witness stand. Wouldn't want this c u n t to decide my fate.

"2nd Degree Murder, causes the death of a human being without intent to effect the death of any person, while intentionally inflicting or attempting to inflict bodily harm upon the victim, when the perpetrator is restrained under an order for protection and the victim is a person designated to receive protection under the order. As used in this clause, "order for protection" includes an order for protection issued under chapter 518B; a harassment restraining order issued under section 609.748; a court order setting conditions of pretrial release or conditions of a criminal sentence or juvenile court disposition; a restraining order issued in a marriage dissolution action; and any order issued by a court of another state or of the United States that is similar to any of these orders."
It will be very hard to prove without a reasonable doubt that Chauvin intended to inflict bodily harm on Floyd when he was following police protocol. The fact that Floyd died due to heart failure will be attributed to his his bad health and high levels of fentanyl from the defense. Chauvin might've been the catalyst, but Chauvin's defense will argue look we have done this procedure 100 times before as we were trained and all of those other people we arrested were fine, but Floyd was in poor health and lethally high.
Now again you can still convict him, but right there in the paragraph is also enough reasonable doubt to not convict him. Manslaughter would've been an easier charge.

Riots will happen whichever way the verdict goes, the corrupt MSM and ********s will side with the criminals and the US will continue to descend into chaos.
WHAT should happen is the minute the rioting happens is ZERO POLICY POLICING, you loot the police shoot.
This is the era of deceit and literally no self respect.!-1 likes this.
