The store clerk shouldn't have anything to feel guilty about. He's saying he should never have taken the fake 20(there's the proof for those who said there was no fake bill).

"If I would have just not taken the bill this could have been avoided."

Someone needs to tell this clerk "if Floyd never handed him the bill in the first place, none of this would've happened"

      Did they overcharge?

If they were charged with involuntary manslaughter or negligence or some lighter charges, then he'll be found guilty.

If they overcharge, like they do in a lot of these cases, like murder or some exagerrated bs, jello be free.

Get your food, water, guns, ammo ready. There's gonna be riots.

Chauvin is facing three charges: second degree unintentional felony murder, third degree “depraved mind” murder, and second degree manslaughter.

Play ****** games and win ****** prizes. Floyd played them and karma was served.

Can you people not find a better example than Floyd to again burn, loot and murder in your own communities? Free tvs though, free Nikes, free whatever.

More whites are killed yearly, than blacks, by the police.

Karma was served when you got knocked out and put in a wheelchair for life, too. Cheers.

The second degree murder charge does not rely on proving intent. You can figure this out just by looking at the charge:

Second Degree Murder Unintentional While Committing a Felony

What has to be proven for this charge to stick is that a felony was committed at the time. What felony? A felony offense "other than criminal ***ual conduct in the first or second degree with force or violence or a drive-by shooting."

So what felony will they try to prove Derek Chauvin engaged in?

They will argue that he committed FELONY Third-Degree ASSAULT.

If it can be proven that Derek Chauvin assaulted George Floyd causing substantial bodily harm, and unintentionally cause his death, then Chauvin will be guilty of 2nd-degree murder.
Exactly. As usual some people want to change the narrative and lie when it fits their agenda.

I really don't get it. You can tell that some of these guys want this evil cop to get off so badly. They are just as sick as he is.

I was knocked out one time but it did not put me in a wheel chair. I have spent a couple of minutes in a wheel chair though, as was mandated when I left the hospital after my stroke. I beg you to come with your bullsheet to my face.............Rockin'

I'd beg you to come to me, but you're on welfare.

Karma was definitely served to you now that you're drooling in a wheelchair and typing with your mouth on a boxing website. You ****** at boxing too. I'm sure that black man that knocked you the F out contributed to your karma. Thank me and other working tax payers when you collect those welfare checks, cripple boy.

But the near death (Floyd was near death from his Fentynal ingestion), drug induced, assault by Floyd after trying to pass counterfeit cash was angelic? He got what he deserved. .............Rockin'
