Classifying his death as homicide doesn’t necessarily mean his heart issues weren’t the cause of his death, in part or completely. Like I posted before, the examiner pretty well has to classify it as homicide, because there’s no other option given the circumstances. We have no way to know how a healthy person without such severe underlying conditions would react under those circumstances. If a cop kneels on 100 people’s necks and only one guy dies from it, is that the cause of his death? In a broad sense, yes, but it would be understandable to see why he wouldn’t be aware of the gravity of his actions. It’s a question of intent and negligence at this point. Did he intend to kill him, most likely no. Was he negligent or even reckless in his actions, definitely. In normal circumstances, it would probably be involuntary manslaughter or something like that. In this politically charged climate, he’ll most likely be made an example of. Is it fair, or just? Depends on who you ask, I guess.

Actually that's exactly what it means. Homicide doesn't mean he died from heart issues. Contributing and cause are two different things. If his heart issues caused his death they would have concluded that in their report. They clearly did not and no amount of spin is going to change that.
