Saying we're going to win the league and then claiming we've "exceeded expectations" by finishing 4th?

Pre season expectations were that we would finish outside the top 4 and have our 9th consecutive trophy-less season.

Arsenal are 4th and in the FA Cup. Do you know what exceeding expectations mean?

Arsenal are decent flat-track bullies. Give them a Norwich at home or away and they will jizz themselves.

I have supported Arsenal for too long to take anything for granted and we are always susceptible to a quick collapse.

Technically, we probably have done better than last season but any fan who isn't embarrassed by some of the performances since the turn of the year isn't really a fan at all.
