I don't believe for one minute you'd pay big money for a second season in a row on another striker that won't have anywhere near the same resale value in 3/4 years. If Falcao was about 24 I could understand it (although I still woudn't get why you'd go after another striker and not a midfielder).

Because Fergie is too stubborn to admit he is wrong when anybody with a decent set of eyes can see we have needed a central midfielder for quite some time.
