hence "fairly recent history" in comparison to City not winning anything in 20+ years and trying to attract players
Did you only just start watching football this season?

Liverpool have home games against the big boys.. so they could be in with a legit chance.. Rodgers is a genius

Hopefully they get rid of Moyes.. i can't defend him any longer and bring in a big European manager.. Maybe Klopp who can attract some of Dortmunds best players

You think Moyes is the problem? I think the problem are the Glazers.
Yes, beating Tottenham by one goal is certainly a huge indicator of "popping". City beat Spuz by six goals to nil at home, Chelsea managed to beat them 4-0 and liverpool have yet to play them at home but crushed them 0-5 at White Hart Lane, but I guess 1-0 is cool too.

United have money.. Most players will take 50 grand extra a week over 1 season out of the CL.. They are known as a huge club around the world.. which city certainly weren't at the time..
The only possible problem maybe Moyes.. i am not sure players will be lining up to play for him.. But at the end of the day it comes down to money
I don't like the Glazers but they have given money when needed and given Moyes over 70m already.. I would like to give moyes time buut he has lost the dressing room completely..
That includes the likes of Rooney, RVP who are to important to lose = Moyes must go

Think koscielny has been centre back of the season this year!
Guess he doesn't rate Kompany than.
Arsenal are what's hot right now. Your own players know it.
