      So we've learned that Manchester United's Wayne Rooney has a soft spot for Chelsea's Ashley Cole, someone Rooney describes as his 'best friend in the game'.

      Piers Morgan had dinner with Rooney and wife Coleen last month, and Morgan asked the Manchester United striker who his 'best friend in the game' was.

      'Ashley Cole' came the reply, before Rooney added: ‘I’d take a bullet for him.’

      Morgan expressed his disbelief (remember Cole left Morgan's beloved Arsenal for Chelsea a few years back over a pay dispute, and Gooners have long memories).

      'I would!', continued Rooney, 'And he would for me, too. We’d die for each other!’


      How ****ing embarrassing!?? Haha!

                      LOL, Schurrle is no where near worth £16 million. Leverkusen should've accepted would be good to see Chelsea get ripped off again.
