United would only make an offer based on how much they feel a player's worth. There was a report by PA Sport today which suggested that United are not interested in signing Moutinho don't know whether or not it has any truth.

Also The Sunday Times, who broke news of the alleged offer for Moutinho a couple of days ago, now claim a bid has been made for Fulham's Moussa Dembele. Apparently Chelsea are also interested.

pinto plays hard ball. moutinho, would go for the 20m area but i know united will low ball something like 12-15m. they went 22m on modric, that's how i know they will.
