Yeah that sounded exactly like you wernt implying cole is **** lol
I clearly backed up my statements, I said Anderson is a ghost and average and another game goes by and proves my point. I said Carrick is average, when counted on he doesn't back it up with a good performance and said he has his cameos but nothing significant, another game goes by which proves my point.

Ok then, if THATS the Carrick of old that you say then hes never going to be more than average.

No, I'm implying Cole is a ***** for whining about the money issue and cheating on Cheryl Cole. Nowhere in there is any implying about form and whatnot unless you want to see it there. I say Ronado is a **** but that doesn't mean hes ****, the same I say of Fletcher when he plays us, doesn't mean I don't give him credit for filling the Keane role perfectly.

Really enough of this, I think they are average, you don't. I think Cashley is a ***** and a ****, you say its me saying hes ****. cool, everyone has their opinions. Anyways, a win tomorrow for us means we go up top in the league were we belong, c'mon you GOONERS

Refereeing was terrible, first goal wasn't a pen, 2nd wasn't a corner it was a goal kick and just general decisions all night were shocking. Having said that Given was on form and we couldn't get past him and we let them come at us after scoring the first goal instead of pressuring for another, that' what the old United would have done.
Defending was terrible again, especially for the second goal, we need our defence back soon.

Still, 2nd leg still to go, should be a gooden because i was buzzing for the whole thing.

Also, that was a brilliant advert for English football. The occasion and general buzz around it was HUGE, then you take a step back and realise it's only a Tuesday night in the Carling Cup!

You know what's better than beating United? Beating united as a result of poor refereeing, then they know what it feels like for a change.

This is what's wrong with football. "Only the Carling Cup"? It's the third most important bit of silverware in English football. In part I blame the sponsorship of the competition. It does make it seem significantly cheaper when you change the name from the League Cup to the Littlewoods Challenge/Milk/Rumbalows/Worthington/Coca-Cola/Carling cup. The "Milk" cup? That's a fucking travesty, that is. If it were called the "Excuse to kick the **** out of opposing fans cup" then it'd get its respect right back.

I dunno, i think the League Cup is more respected than the FA Cup nowadays. FA Cup used to be amazing but now nobody cares about it, all the big teams play reserve teams in it and don't really consider it a success to win it. Though it's kinda the same with the League Cup but it just seems more respected to me nowadays.

The big teams play reserve teams in it in the opening stages. As the stakes get higher they field stronger teams. One thing that has changed is that European football has become more important now. Often it is the whole focus of a team's season when it used to be just the icing on the cake.

The FA Cup is a bigger win than the League Cup though as the FA cup has a storyed history to it. But the biggest win is the league. You ask any manager, any manager in the world what they'd rather win, the League, the League Cup, the FA Cup or the Champion's League if they could pick any one and they will all tell you that they would like to win the league.

The League is the best, shows who is consistently the best over the season. Champions League is whoever is best on the day, but then again that's why we've seen so many great Champions League matches over the years.

I'd rather was CL over a Premiership match, so much more excitement.
