imo Granada is worst than Cuba, Cuba plays pretty good but after they get scored on twice, it just never stops. Cuba can play good for about 60mins.

WTF are you talking about? Veron had just had his best ever season playing in an advanced attacking midfield role for Lazio. When Utd signed him he was an attacking midfielder. To sit there and say "Fergie played him out of position" is just an ignorant and/or ****** comment.

When Chelsea signed him and played him a little deeper he was still ****. The guy just couldn't cope with the fast pace and quick tempo of the Premier League like many Serie A hype jobs before him.

He wasn't the worst player we ever had at Chelsea but he wasn't that interested either. I always just thought he was a bit of mercenary.

Serie A has always had the same style - Slow tempo, little or no closing down, players have as much time on the ball as they like. The gap left between midfield and defence by some teams is laughable.

Which is why alot of players from Serie A have struggled in the Premier League. They can't cope with the physicality of the league. Players don't have as much time on the ball and hey get closed down very quickly. Also the game is twice as fast as what they are used to.
