Technique is he most important work all areas of your leg muscles though
I agree, however, I have very skinny legs, I know a bit more strength and tone I could shot much harder, just need to understand which muscles I need to work on
You don't really need to shoot hard to be good. The balls they make today are mad light already, what you should learn is how to kick the ball properly and where to hit it so you can place your shots well.
