Tactically is he extremely poor and was exposed as a manager against Chelsea and Inter Milan. Especially against Chelsea, he was extremely embarrassed, humiliated and shamed that he congratulated his Chelsea counterpart – Guus Hiddink at the 88th min. Also against Inter Milan at the Nou Camp, he didn't change a single thing even when he realized things were not going to plan.

If he goes to a lesser club like Arsenal, his true flaws would be exposed.
haha hun winning a treble with Rijkaards team is actually a great achievement, considering Barca were struggeling badly under Rijkaard, finishing 3rd in the league behind Villarreal and being knocked out against United in CL.

Rijkaard has done great, he has changed the attitude of the team and has instructed every player to press when they lose the ball. Against Arsenal last year Barca pressed so much Arsenal couldnt get the ball out of their own half. Rijkaards Barca would never do this.

Guardiola is young and unexperienced, so you cant blame him for making some mistakes, like buying Chygrinski or Ibra. Tactically he is good too, playing Messi at centre forward, using Alves as almost a right winger etc, and most important pressing when they lose the ball.

Chelsea didnt even advance to the final so i dont see how he "lost" to Hiddink's men.

We all know what happened in that infamous night. Yes, Chelsea didn't make it. However, that game alone showed the true credibility of Guardiola. Chelsea outplayed, outsmarted and out thought Barcelona completely. Chelsea didn't take their chances and were denied at least 3 clear cut penalties. The fact that Guardiola admitted defeat at the 88th min speaks volumes. Went to shake the hand of Hiddink becasue he knew his team was outclassed.

Inter Milan followed up Chelsea's tactics and exposed him yet again

So when you lose 1 game against a top team you get exposed as a bad manager? lol

He was tactically outplayed twice in two Semi finals in a row. Inter played the same tactics as Chelsea and he didn't learn a thing about it. Any decent manager could win the La Liga title with this Barcelona team and accomplish what he has. I didn't say he was a bad manager, I said he is quite overrated. Which he clearly is

What does this have to do with him? I am talking about Guardiola's failings. He isn't tactically aware and a great team was handed by Rijkaard. All he has done was carry the great legacy left behind by Rijkaard. When push comes to shove in the UCL, he has been exposed as an incompetent gutless manager.
