I'm defo English - no way could I get accused of being a plastic paddy but the reason most ****s hate England is as if a red coat was storming through their living room or a black and tan is chasing their grandad through a field. The Irish aren't as bad as the Scots. Hating the English is literally the majority of Scots identity.

Its actually pretty sad imo. I have Scottish family but I don't think about Scotland daily like they do with England.

Thought England did a good job in this first half of smothering Spain, who look out of sorts offensively. Landon Donovan on my broadcast says they are starting to figure out England’s setup, though. We’ll see.

Well, my pre tourney pick won. England got a great draw again in another tournament and nearly pulled off a miracle, but you just knew in the end England would find a way to give it away. Southgate is really a dreadful manager and a shriveled Johnson of a man. Palmer nearly bailed him out, but it wasn't enough.
Spain was monstrous all tournament, insane path they went through. Wins over Croatia, Italy, Germany, France and England is insane, victorious in every match. I said coming in, Spain had found the dynamic wingers to give them a new facet and coupled with their ridiculous depth in MF, they are just really tough to play with.
looking forward to Copa tonight, hope Colombia can pull it off.

Spain just had a club win the Champion’s League and now have crowned themselves the best team in all of Europe. They will be a force to deal with for years to come as they have a lot of young talent.
