We have been without Son for the start, middle of the season. Wanyama (best DM in his day) Dier, Ali & Lamela plagued with injury problems all season. Dembele sold. Kane injured for most important part of the season.
We spuds fans expect us to fall apart at this time of the season every year when we spend money and have a full team, let alone relying on reserve players for the most part

What they did yesterday was the footie equivalent of just pinching rounds.
They put nothing into that game.
On the other hand you’ve got to mention the amount of empty seats at that game. Pathetic.
Also massive props to Sterling who bought tickets for every kid who attends his old primary school.
Sterling is a bit of a gem now the media have stopped trying to bully him.
Lovely young man.Last edited by Sparked_26; 04-07-2019, 06:19 AM.

That Arsenal team was **** average.
Goes to show what a couple of decent strikers will do for a side. Conversely puts under the spotlight why Chelsea strikers since Costa have been dire.
I blame Willian and Hazard. Has to be. They’re the common denominator

Willian is past his best. Just watch his form 2-3 years ago, he was far better. They probably would have got rid of him if it wasn't for their transfer ban. Hazard is clearly their best player but he's player with players who aren't on his level therefore he can't play in a way reflecting his level of skill. He can't make certain runs, put certain balls in, try play 1,2's because there is no one at the end of it. Dude looks back and sees Alonso hobbling around behind him lol how is that going to inspire any confidence in him.

Yeah I am interested to see if Hazard’s level increases at Real Madrid.
I’m not sure.
He has all the talent but he is very indulgent. The best teams don’t encourage that kind of thing.
Costa has been garbage since he left Chelsea. Sometimes the grass isn’t always greener
Hazard goes with my blessing tbh.
At least he would if I could be sure CHO will stay.
Poor Willian is woeful now. He stops us scoring goals
