I always think you R leaning guys are for the constitution.

Where in the constitution does it say you need an ID to vote or even have to have your life in order to vote? Are you against the constitution now?

In what way possible is proving citizenship stopping people from voting?

The Supreme Court decisions that threw these laws out was based on the fact voter ID laws have been proven to reduce the voter turnout in poor and minority areas.

Voter ID laws don't prevent poor people or ********** from voting. They make sure you can legally vote. Just like verifying if you can legally purchase a firearm. Only difference is the state actually enforces ID laws for gun purchases and anybody can vote without even a second guess.

So by his logic; ********s want poor people and ********** to die of Covid, since their policies of demanding ID will keep those people from getting vaccinated.

You and the other ***** guys in this thread keep falsely attributing the opinion that Voter ID laws are discriminatory and racist on the Dems and other posters.

This opinion is that of the Justices of the US Supreme Court. The majority of these justices share the political position and opinion as you.

If you have a legitimate disagreement with their position, post it.

I'm not a constitutionalist. You R leaning guys are. I think there are all kinds of flaws in the constitution. I think it can & should be improved with every generation like Sweden(?) does with theirs.

That said if a dead guy is alive enough to crawl out of his grave & stand in line at a voting location & has his voting info I say fook it let him vote.

We seem to be pretty much on the same page. A person should have to stand in line, and provide the required information (documentation) to verify their identity and status as a voter.

And if a dead person is capable of crawling out the grave, some coroner and mortician need to lose their jobs.
