I just explained that, it puts more money in the hands of working class and poor people that work in these jobs. If you pay people more, they can afford more. If Milk is $5 a gallon and it goes up to $7 a gallon because workers pay is increased from $8 to $15 per hr, then far as I see it that is a wash.

The policies are not going to wipe out whole corporations all at once. That is just sheer ******ity on your part and shows you lack any common sense or intelligence. The corporations remain profitable, the question is how much of the profit is shared with the workers.

Minimum wage of $15 across the board means mass unemployment and incentive to 'employ' illegals in back room deals.

It's a tricky situation but I don't think a flat minimum of $15 is the answer.

I think corporations and large companies can sacrifice some profit for management and give more to the workers.

This is a very idealistic viewpoint but imo unrealistic. It would be nice but the chances are like Seahawks winning the Superbowl.

Instead they will just lay off workers to keep costs down. Management won't sacrifice their profits and salaries for the most part.

Like most things the people on the bottom will suffer. It's unfortunately the way of the world.

And therein lies the problem. Governments aren't spending their own money, they're borrowing for these massive promises. Trudeau's son is our Prime Minister now, and he's dead set on outdoing his father. So while you say "spending money stimulates. conserving money, does nothing but help the people who have the money." you're not being entirely factual, since ************* aren't trying to hoard the money, but stop deficit spending. I have never argued that the government should just keep money, in fact I've said that a government should never have a profit, but the books need balance.

Canada's federal deficit for 2020 was 381 Billion dollars....and we have a population of less than 38 million.

That’s terrible. No person or entity should be allowed to go into that kind of debt. It’s a recipe for collapse.

The USA with ten times the population likely has ten times the debt as Canada.
