Alan Wake Metacritic score 84!

Gameplay seems kinda fluently but two things that bothered me. When Wake gets hit he's useless.. He flacks around for a second or two where i can't dodge or anything meaning the takens will have a blast cutting him up when there's many of them. The other thing is.. Why the **** can he only run 20 meters before sounding like he got an asthma attack Same thing with Mass Effect they should change that..!

Yeah, and (maybe I missed it?) there doesn't seem to be a way to see your stamina bar. So it's hard to know how much energy you have left. Normally I go at normal speed, then when a taken comes into shot I dodge. That saves energy and usually works, but I get bored of the slow-motion everytime it happens.

did you get the Drink 'Em Both Up achievement? i don't know what i did to even get that. don't know how you can be bothered to go through it on that mode some parts pissed me off just on normal

Apparently you get that for starting the jukebox twice. I didn't get it though. I only checked what the achievements were after finishing the game as I didn't want spoilers. Might go back and get a few more achievement before taking it back on friday.
