I most likely fractured my wrist hitting the heavy bag too hard last night, I can't bend my hand back at all. I did it cos I was angry at Whyte popping dirty after u supported him lol. I can't really do pushups at the moment and probably not for the next while. I won't be able to hit the bag for six weeks minimum. This is what dillian has done to me, he really is the worst. Anyone that can help advise what exercise I should stick with in the meantime because 6 weeks of inactivity when I train daily isn't going to cut it for me tbh I need this for my sanity. Routine in my exercise regimen is everything to me.

Once you have had appropriate medical care, then train around the injury. Having one arm in a cast will not prevent you from riding a stationary bike, using a stair-climber, walking uphill on a treadmill, doing most weight-training exercises, etc.
