Wrist fractured, what training should I do instead now?

            Don't use your wrist in any workout until it gets fully healed, while anger is the first thing to control if you want to fight, or plan to attain a fitness goal.

                Once you have recovered, you need to start training wrist stability.

                If you are still doing military push ups, you need to stop doing them 'Get some push up bars' etc

                Or this could of just been a repetitive injury 'I have done it myself, when I was a kid'.

                I was looking on arm wrestling channels, to see how they train their wrist stability 'It could transfer over into boxing'.

                Stability under impact, possibly a hard thing to pin-point and train.

                Note: Just saw the date of the thread, I may take this post down 'Let it shine for awhile'.
