I suppose this is a basic question but I want to hear what people recommend.
I've noticed that with an opponent who's easy to hit, I punch myself out very quickly and in the next round I feel too tired to attack and it's difficult to keep my hands up to defend myself.
My trainer suggested using my legs more so i'm not only using my arms, but i'm thinking for now it'll be simpler to focus on stamina.
My goal is to have enough stamina to be able to maintain enough pressure and overwhelm my opponent. Offense is the best defence as they say.
