To start pace yourself , mix in power shots with speed and range finding punches.

But really you just to need to workout more and eat better and in time your endurance will increase.
A lot of people gave good training advise in this post try to follow some of it.

I've noticed that with an opponent who's easy to hit, I punch myself out very quickly and in the next round I feel too tired to attack and it's difficult to keep my hands up to defend myself.

My trainer suggested using my legs more so i'm not only using my arms, but i'm thinking for now it'll be simpler to focus on stamina.
My goal is to have enough stamina to be able to maintain enough pressure and overwhelm my opponent. Offense is the best defence as they say.

        Thanks
work behind a good jab, pick your spots......bait them, feint them to set up shots and combos you want to land.

a lot of times, fighters are trained hands....your feet are mor important than your hands and make the difference between being in position to hit and not get hit

mix in pivoting and shift....always bring your feet when you punch.....NO ARM PUNCHING

ARM PUNCHING and not breathing when you punch will wear you out

also when you work the heavy bag..vary your punch speed and power...some rounds just to light, combos and mix in heavy shots....it'll keep you loose...nerves and being tight gets you exhausted fast

It also happens to me mate. I used to do running 40 mins before the training, jump rope for 5 rounds, shadow and bag for an hour and still used to tire myself out in a few rounds. At first I remember I used to lose all my breath in a minute.
I realized the reason was the stress. The fear and stress. Once I remember getting breathless before any punch was thrown.
What you need is sparring and staying calm. BHop approach. Don't empty your tank at once and exhale with every punch. I think of me as an 50 y.o. old man who has to go through rounds, so I have to be economic on my punches
Progressively my duration increased, before taking a long break I was able to sparr for 4 rounds after the whole training session, and leave.
