Adding more muscle under the fat will probably make your boobs look bigger but maybe a bit firmer.
But the body using calories to maintain the new muscle mass under the ******* with help reduce the titty fat since there will be less unused calories storage which is what contributes to lardassness. its kind of silly when people refer to it as "burning fat", its not really what happens.

If you want to develop chest strength then bench press is a good exercise but it dosent help you take away more chest fat then any other similar exercise.
So if I keep doing push ups,sit ups,and run in my garage for 5 min straight and jump rope for awhile I'll lose weight everywhere?

Five minutes won't do you much but if you maintain a calorie deficit you will lose fat (and muscle) so after a few weeks time you should have lost a bit of weight.

Yes and maybe change the diet(eat better) rather than less, the body needs food to function don't want him to reduce muscle tissue but everyone has to figure out the balance for their own body through some trial and error.

if you are over 10% bf you will be prone, work on cutting down your fat to where you are only carrying essential bodyfat maybe 7-10 ponds total, I know it's easier to say than in practice, but then you will know if you have gyne, or you are just fat.
