            He's talking about something specifically related to this section of the forum.

            There are many sections that are unrelated to boxing, like the lounge for example.

            It doesn't say "Boxing training and nutrition". It says "Training and nutrition".

            It has to do with any type of training and nutrition, period.

                  I'm not sure what your plans are for the summer but myself I like to go into the summer on a cut. So I would say just do a clean bulk, eat a little above maintenance, lift heavy but don't hover much over your current weight. Then come april or something after you have had about a month or two of strength gains cut some more to like shredded in the summer time.
