    Used to be fat, cut 40lbs, is it time to bulk?

    Been cutting for 7 months.

    I was told I should be at a lower BF % before I consider bulking. What do you guys think. Also a BF % estimate would be nice. My front is not flexed at all.

    What exactly would be the point of "bulking"? Fight at the lowest healthy weight possible.

      I'm not a fighter.

      I just want to be aesthetic as possible. I think I need some more mass.

        You look good though IMO (no ****). You can bulk on that if you want.

          I like staying lean at all times! My "bulking" consists of intense weight training, and less cardio.

          For my "bulking":
          Protein shake with healthy breakfast.
          Multi-Vit with healthy lunch and supplements.
          Protein Shake before and after workout.
          A very light, healthy dinner.


          My cutting stage is basically the same except, I do more intense cardio and less weight lifting. Diet stays somewhat the same, only I add a strong fat burner and only take a protein shake before and after my workouts. I also drink a lot of water throughout the day when cutting. No dinner...

          You look in great shape bro...keep it up!

            Back on topic...you look around 10 or 11 BF%

            I say this because that's what I look like when I start "bulking" except a little more muscular (no disrespect) because I go through intense weight training.

            When cutting I go down to the single digits. Keep doing the same except add weight training and you'll be a fat burning machine! Don't stop the cardio.

              keep losing fat % and keep it that way.
              if ur doing it for looks, bulking doesnt look great anyways... natural amount of muscles on your natural frame looks best IMO. but im a straight guy so iono if thats how girls like it. mehh, go ask on a women forum

                I have been bulking since November general day of food consist of for me

                Breakfast 4 packets of oatmeal with milk

                1 weight gainer shake

                Lunch maybe a chicken breast sandwich or cheese burger with fries

                Dinner rice and beans with some kind of meat usually pork chops maybe beef.

                late night meal either a small snack like popcorn or something or a can of tuna

                finally another weight gainer shake.

                  If I were you I'd be more concerned about my face instead of my body!
                  Can't imagine what you look like to think you have to cover your face, damn I feel sorry for you son. Plastic surgeons can do incredible tasks these days.
