I have taken a liking to working out with this way, it seems to give me both strength and cardio at the same time.
Are these boxer workouts too? I think conventional weights make you slow and don't do much for explosive power.
I have seen guys try to flip this 200 lb tire as quick and far as I do and struggle with it yet they can bench a hundred lbs more than me or deadlift 100 lbs more than me.
I'm simply stronger on the tire than them but they can press more than me.
