Flipping tires, battle ropes and sledge hammer on tire workouts

    Those two exercises rely on different muscle groups. While bench pressing uses triceps & chest, flipping a tractor tire is a full body range of motion from thighs all the way up to your lats/back.

    Also weight lifting only makes you stiff if you don't stretch thoroughly daily.
