I can't see how you could call this anything but a cheap shot.
In all fairness as zoon as break was called i swear the coach immediately said keep your hands up

Yeah I heard that. I figured the coach saw what everybody else said, just because you break doesn't mean you should relax and lower your guard. Oh well **** happens.

It also sounds like someone says "time" at the same time the other person says break? Could that be why he relaxed a bit?

I teach pressure, head movement, body work and catch and counter.
I'll never say no to learning more. I learn so much in boxing everyday that it's astonishing.

Comment for you; be carefull with when your squaring up! Your transition with your feet are to close to your opponent. A well schooled corner and fighter will se that and you will be lead into that fault. Get your steps for your body poistion done before your in punching range. One of Tysons biggest mistakes was changing over from conventional to southpaw when he was close. He meshed the step overs he was taught into standing in front and using both hands to the body or his "double right hand" (hook the body then an uppercut)!! Mike fought guys that weren't well schooled so he got away with it but I mention this to you so you know your to squared up and your not transitioning quick enough!

Find someone big and strong who knows what you know so sparring has more meaning. You know what I mean, be sharp! Ray.
A lot of people do comment that I square up a lot. It just feels natural, I have equal or close power in both hands so it's kind of like.... automatic when I throw and they go to the right to switch and throw a right hook.

But I get you fully, I get shyt for that a LOT LOT.

Not saying you're dirty, it didn't look like that, I just interpret break as 'move out of punching range and reset'.
Our sparring at the gym is like that with break. As you said, you need to learn, reason we're in training. And if you hear the couch said break then said keep your hands up.

Side note, you look more slim, how much weight have you lost?

When they even say keep your hands up? He dropped his hands for a reason. Think on that.

Damn, at 110 you hit him just like Mayweather hit Ortiz on the break when his hands were down. You dirty. hahaha

you showed your frustration because he was clowning you and you resorted to a new low

sad stuff to see this in sparring when you're supposed to be learning from each other.. not hurting...we get told if we hurt or drop someone to back off.. you tried ko'ing him... perhaps when you're getting the **** beaten out of you by someone a class above you might think differently

                      one word... stablemate
