It was legal no doubt. You gotta protect yourself at all times. But on the other end its also just sparring and i probably wouldnt have done it unless my opponent was a real ****.

        It's legal for sure.

I wouldn't do this deliberately in sparring (or a bout) but things like this do happen in the heat of the moment. I would have apologized and given him time to compose himself - I could see he was hurt after the hook.

He's cool but he's been calling me out for months to spar him; not me saying it. And every time I said lets go he declined. This time the coaches put us together. He was probably shytting bricks.

He was hurt before the hook. Look how I got him on the ropes with those 2 shots before. Held me. To be honest, I can't stand people that say they can get me and talk shyt for months and yet, gets it called off in the first because they knew it was done. Not even the first, a minute in a half in the first.

Ah right ... well that changes things then haha.

Still, I wouldn't have done that deliberately but I can understand why you would want to teach him a lesson.

To be honest, it was more of a reaction. Seemed forever

I would have warned you in my gym, you can hurt someone like that. Outside of that though, I like the way you move and pressure, I would love to work with you, I think my training style would fit you perfectly.

I teach pressure, head movement, body work and catch and counter.
