It was legal no doubt. You gotta protect yourself at all times. But on the other end its also just sparring and i probably wouldnt have done it unless my opponent was a real ****.

It's legal for sure.
I wouldn't do this deliberately in sparring (or a bout) but things like this do happen in the heat of the moment. I would have apologized and given him time to compose himself - I could see he was hurt after the hook.

I would have warned you in my gym, you can hurt someone like that. Outside of that though, I like the way you move and pressure, I would love to work with you, I think my training style would fit you perfectly.
I teach pressure, head movement, body work and catch and counter.
