I gotta kid on the way so I'm redoing my house so my gf and her son can move in... I don't even have a kitchen right now so it's been grab n go for a minute.

Like I said at 185lbs I have a six pack...

At 215 I feel terrible... at 210 I feel ok... at 205 I feel good, at 200 I feel great.

So, I am aiming for 195.

I'm definitely heavy for my height, yet I do not have a gut.. I dont have abs, but I don't have a gut... I have a real thick build... I wear a size 13 shoe, and can grip a basketball...

Anyways... I get down to around 200lbs twice a year, then I stop dieting so hardcore and enjoy myself , and eventually I slowly float up to 215 .. Then when I do... I go back down, that's why I'm in this thread... time to go back down.

But, I haven't been under 200 since I was 23... So 195 would make me feel phenomenal.

Its hard to get to weights from early 20's. If I tried to make 175 I'd probably die. Perfect athletic shape for me now is probably between 190 and 200. I feel good right now, but I don't sprint as fast as normal.

But I never really diet, when I lose weight I just eat all my big meals in the day time. After around 6 I don't eat much but a pb & jelly sandwich or a piece of fruit and the weight comes off.

I only gain when I eat a ton of food at night.

You should just eat several smaller meals throughout the day if possible, keeps your metabolism going and keeps a steady flow of energy throughout the day. I weigh only 3-4lbs more than I did senior year of high school and have never been over 205 at 5'11.

That's undoubtedly the culprit of my problem.

That, and a lot of vodka.

I know what to do Sally.

But I can't do that small meal every couple hours shit. First of all, it takes too much attention to detail. I don't care enough to sit there and measure my food and time my meals all day. Secondly, I'm not even sure that works unless you eat really carefully anyway.
