I did. I have the videos on my laptop. I was motivated for about a week and then I lost it. Two reasons why I stopped:

    1. Between work and video games, I just completely forgot about it/lost interest in it
    2. I got discouraged because I couldn't pull off the pull-ups because I didn't have anything to pull up with.

I could most of the stuff just fine, but I couldn't do pull-ups anywhere so that turned off a little. The thing's legit, though. You will breathe hard the first week. It IS intense.

I don't have PX90 but pull-ups are a great exercise. Spend the money, get a good pull-up bar that has different grips. It is a great investment.

With all the protein Im consuming, I am confident Im not losing muscle.

Besides, my realistic calories have been around 1,700.

Also the initial week of the diet, you strip a lot of water from your body, because once you eat clean, you clear out a lot of sodium.
lol 1700 calories a day on top of 60 minutes of intense cardio.

lol thinking you aren't losing muscle when you aren't even consuming enough calories for your BMR.

lol have fun losing water weight, fat, muscle, and ultimately strength once your body stops responding to the new stresses of 60 minute cardio sessions.

I did it for 2 months, I had to let it go due to health problems. surprisingly, the hardest work out for me was Yoga x, man that **** is sick, I never got used to it and was never able to finish the whole thing.

P90x is not the hardest workout I've done, but if you don't know better, I guess its ok. In my case I never diet during the program, why, I dont have to make weight, but if you do diet and take the vitamins and stuff you will notice a difference.
