dude just ****in do it already if you think thats smart. do us a favor and hit a concrete wall with your fist and then please post some pictures
seriously did you ever bother to think about the fact that boxers wear gloves? what the hell is the point? and secondly it takes a long time to get the shin bone hard enough to take that type of punishment. you cant just start kicking trees and poles and expect your shin to not break. and 3rdly the shin is a big & strong bone. its ONE bone. compared to your hand where you have like 30 tiny bones the shin can take a lot of punishment. similar to your forearm.

I'm still laughing at you because shins and knuckles aren't the same thing.
The shin is one solid bone, the knuckle and hand is a complex of bones held together by ligaments, joints and lots of very sensitive areas that are easy to fuck up beyond repair if you're ****** enough to sit there and punch walls.

The fact that you're not doing this already proves that a part of your mind is holding you back. You know it's wrong but you think you've stumbled upon a secret of the ancients. You're just looking to get a bit of approval off people to get yourself pumped to do it.
Go for it I say. Prove us wrong.

How to explain this.
Your hands/knuckles are more delicate than your shin. You see Muthai fighters kicking trees with their shins but you don't see them using their feet or kneeing the trees. That's because they would end up damaging their joints and ligaments. When your shins crack the bones are bigger and as a whole not linked to nerves/joints that control your movement so they will heal on their own.
If you punch a fence with your bare hands you risk damaging your wrist due to the shock, the bones are also more delicate so if you don't seek medical advice there's the chance that your bones will heal deformed.

dont think its a good idea but there are buddist monks who train by punching hard surfaces.........but it takes a looooooooooooooooooooong time and proper training.
they start off punching sand and dirt and move all the way up to solid iron blocks
thats why its called Iron Fist training

The finger tips and shins aren't as delicate and much easier to build callus' on than the knuckles, ****ing your fist on walls or wood fences can very easily cause an injury to the hand way beyond just the knuckles..
I don't recommend it, but have at it.
