Running at midnight?

The latest I go out running is around 9.30pm. Earliest I have hit the roads is 7am.

Must admit, I definitely prefer running at night - although doing it in the morning is also good as it means it is out the way.

i was running almost at midnight just yesterday, came home at 11.30pm.

the only problem is if it messes up your sleep.

Well I don't fall asleep till 3 am and I don't have school now so it's no problem.

If you feel more comfortable running at night then that's what you should do.

Everybody's different, we're not on the same biological clock. I feel drained and tired for most of the day, but once 8 or 9 rolls around I'm wide awake and feel the urge to workout, do my runs, etc.. and I have gone for many late night runs, because that's when my body feels the most energized.

Just because society has deemed the night to be a time to sleep or be in front of a tv doesn't mean your body feels the same way.

Running at night is great, go for it.

I think your best bet is to run at night if not in the morning. The air is a lot fresher without rush hour traffic running through it at the same time that you are.

One time this guy threw a full beer at me while I was running around 5:00 PM with my hoody on...Unluckily for him I recognized exactly who he was and as soon as I finished my run, drove over to his house, he opened the door and with no dialogue I body shotted him.(Lead left hook liver) I, personally, liked how I handled it. My girlfriend dumped me and told me I was psychotic, but that ***** was probably a lesbian anyway.

this was like six years ago, I'd have never done that today for fear of going to jail...

you can go running whenever u want
