You're telling me you've never seen or done hard shadowboxing? Seems like everyone is trying to be hostile towards this video. I'm not going to hurt myself because I'm not forcefully snapping my punches like you would against a bag, mitts, or an opponents.

If I did warm-up shadowboxing, that leaves me to put to much thought into the things I'm looking to correct. I can do that on my own time and really wouldn't get much out of the feedback and wouldn't find my true flaws. If I want to see the mistakes and flaws I have, I'd have to go at a much higher pace to see what needs to be corrected and turned into an instinct. Any techniques can LOOK like an instinct if you're going slow. If I showed a video of me doing a warm-up shadowboxing, then I probably wouldn't have noticed the flaws at that slow of speed. And don't bring up professional fighters as examples, there's plenty of them that do hard shadowboxing. Pacquiao, Hasegawa, and Meldrick Taylor are just a few that come to mind that I have seen, let alone the fact that it's part of my gyms routine to do so, and when it comes to the what to do's and what not to do's as far far as training routines go, I'd have to side with them.

if you cant give advice to some one after watching them shadow box you probably shouldn't be giving advice.

That's a bit of a bold statement. You seem to be embarrassed or something to end a thread like this.

Don't worry about it bro, I'm sure I probably agged it on a bit, so partly my fault.

Yeah, I box. I've only had one fight and I lost. I was training at an MMA gym for boxing (because they sold themselves that way, I was an impressionable kid), in which I started to develop bad habits like squaring up, elbows out, bad footwork, etc. I only recently started training at the best gym in this state, but problem is that I can't get rides. Basically I don't have much proper training, and what I've done really is train myself. I've really, more or less, trained myself, that's why I appreciate feedback.
