Quality may suck because it's off a webcam, plus I don't think there is any sound. I just uploaded it to so the quality may suck even more. Give me some constructive criticism. I don't use my entire body enough with my movements, especially when I lean forward for inside/body shots, it's as if I only use my upper body instead of balancing out with my lower along with it. I don't think I keep my elbows tucked in enough for the most part, I also don't use my left shoulder all to much either, which I need to work on along with a few other bad habits.

there isnt really any point in working evasion during shadows other than slipping into or after a combination.
you wont be able to accurately practice a shoulder roll without pads or punches
you'll hit harder if your feet are shoulder width apart. your feet are much wider

ummmmmm not that i really know much but id say when your ending your left hooks try to aim more for eye level then chest or neck if you want to hit lower just dip down lower but still try to end around eye level. you do a good job of keeping your chin tucked under your shoulder but i would throw more of my left shoulder in to the hooks and jabs.
as far as body shots you seem to be bending over instead of dipping down. try a little less bending at the waist and more in the knees.

Yeah, I noticed I was bending at the waist a lot in this video, and I think I was just conscious about being in an enclosed area and worrying about how much space I'm taking up before I smack into something, haha.
i see no problem with the slight crouch through out the video.

I'm not gonna comment on everything cos it looked decent overall, but one thing I noticed is that you often bring your lead foot close to your back foot when you bounce backwards. It's a bad habit and although you probably think you'll be out of range so it doesn't matter, it does. When you bounce back, keep your feet the same distance apart to maintain balance. I used to make the same mistake but I eventually corrected it since my coach kept reminding me.

Just for arguements sake, you seem tightly wound. Do you think you could do that for more than a few rounds straight?
