I have stopped drinking milk and stopped haveing all dairy prodcuts, how can i still get calcium?

Collard greens. A cup of collard greens actually has more calcium per cup then milk plus it's without all the health risks.
If you don't like greens then maybe try buying orange juice fortified with calcium. I buy the Trader Joe's brand it has 35% daily recommended amount of calcium per cup compared to milk which has 30%.Last edited by βetamax; 05-12-2010, 05:01 AM.
