    Whats a good way to get calcium with out drinking milk?

    I have stopped drinking milk and stopped haveing all dairy prodcuts, how can i still get calcium?

    go buy some Os-cal or cal citrate.... but make sure you take them with food...

    or take some tums

        Should be able to get some calcium pills at GNC or vitamin shoppe.

                Collard greens. A cup of collard greens actually has more calcium per cup then milk plus it's without all the health risks.

                If you don't like greens then maybe try buying orange juice fortified with calcium. I buy the Trader Joe's brand it has 35% daily recommended amount of calcium per cup compared to milk which has 30%.

                    Fish bones are good for calcium. like sardines and other fish with small bones.
