Whats a good way to get calcium with out drinking milk?

      so the idea is that proteins are acids and fruits and vegetables are bases even though some fruits have citric acid it still breaks down into a base. so if your eating alot of proteins you need alot of base to equal out the protein or you will start using the calcium from your bones so by eating fruits and vegetables or any type of food that breaks down into a base you give your body an alternative source to equal out the acidic protein.
