got my bag up to 150 but then i cracked my wrist and stopped for like a week like a *****.
but then i realized that bones dont crack easily started stretching it and doing wrist exercises and 3 days later i was fine.
instead of taking off and wearing a ******ed rib protector maybe you should have just done some push ups and intercostal stretches.im sure youve done many push ups since then which explains why it dosnt get sore any more.
