I have a really really good fighter in my gym. He was more than ready for his first fight. He was doing GREAT in sparring and in great shape. BUT this past weekend right before he went in the ring HE FREAKED OUT! He's normally very fast and tight defensively but it looked like he was fighting under water! Seemed like his adrenaline shot before the fight and it exhausted him. Needless to say he lost a fight he could've easily won.
