    I wouldn't use steroids if I was you, side affects and **** would effect you... plus you would feel much better about yourself if you did it the proper way.

      That is overtraining. Seriously 14-21 hours a week in the gym is way too much and could be the cause for you not getting bigger. You know that when you lift weights you are creating microscopic tears in your muscles right? And that your muscles get bigger as your body repairs these tears to become bigger and stronger? So by working 2-3 hours a day, you arent giving your body time to repair and are just causing more damage to your muscle fibres. NEVER work the same body part two days in a row, most bodybuilders only work each body part once a week. Spend only around an hour in the gym when you go and try this 5 day split....
      Monday: Back
      Tuesday: Chest
      Wednesday: Off
      Thursday: Legs
      Friday: Shoulders
      Saturday: Arms
      Sunday: Off

      Try that and see how you get on.....

        lol, little do people know, when they go to the doctors they sometimes put them on steroids.

        Steroids aren't bad for you unless you go over board with it(your body depending on it). Either way though, it's up to you. Take too much for too long and your body will become dependent on it for the testosterone. Which means your body will stop producing it naturally and thus your balls shrivel up and melt away.

          Dont workout your whole body in one day. Split up the workout days and take days off. It good to eat smaller portions through out the day liek 5 to 6 times a day

            Also accept that some people aren't going to be build like fitness models, if you're an ectomorph your body won't build much muscel especially volume. If you're an endomorph you'll build some muscel but have a ***** of a time staying lean.

              well theres your problem!!!!!

              you should only be spening between 30mins to 1 hour in the gym a day posibly 1 and a half, if u rspending 2-3 hourrs then ur workout is probbly way too easy, ur working too many mucles groups or ur doing too much cardio, and u shudnt be doing any cardio, AND u shudnt be goin everyday, only 3-4 times a week, give ur muces time to recover, workthem harder aswell ! especialy if u can do 2-3 hour sessiosn.

                It's understandable why you want to "experiment". Here's what you get (not maybe, but "will get") for that quick "shortcut"

                1) ***** ****
                2) a skinny little ****
                3) baldness
                4) uncontrollable rage outbursts
                5) short lifespan


                in case that doesn't sink in...I'll elaborate

                #1- when you take off your shirt, dudes will laugh at your little *******!
                #2- Your girl will be doing your mates cause you got a small pecker!
                #3- don't wear turtle necks cause you will look like a broken condom, baldy!
                #4- You will lose your cool in front of the wrong person, ie; a cop, your mom's...
                #5- Your heart, liver, kidneys...they will shut down...it's lights out!

                JUST SAY NO!!!!!

                  People that take them Orally, are probobly taking M1T's and if you were to make the mistake of taking anything in that type of field that could be your worst option. Taking them orally means it passes through the digestive system which makes it very hard on your kidneys, which is why alot of people who take them have kidney failure later in life. So if your going down that route go with the injectibles since it goes directly into your blood stream.

                  That being said, the risk outweighs the positive when it comes to annabolic steroids. Would you really risk your life over looks? When it could be something as simple as a change of diet or routine.

                    Look, I will probably be one of the few posters here who more or less accepts steroids as a social phenomena and understands the risks and benefits. However, there are few substances in the world I have not tried and there is only one type I would say you need a very good education and support to use. Steroids are not for kids who want to look like Brad Pitt in two weeks before the spring break, so unless you have a good education in the field, e.g. dealt with people who are users, read good amount of literature, etc, stick to what the man in my quote is saying. Steroids are not cokaine or acid to experiment with, this is something you have to be completely knowledgable and sure about.
