    Steroids

    Hey Guys,
    Ive only started training since febuary i have lost alot of weight and am currently in the gym everyday....
    I am not putting on much muscle tho and struggle with heavier weights...
    That people not much bigger then me can do no problem.
    I have a balanced diet and dont eat any ****....
    Im not really trying to get HUGE but just bigger,
    as im quite a skinny guy now.
    I was a little overweight but it was all in my stomach and i have lost that through hard work,
    I was thinking of using steroid for a few weeks (as dumb as it may sound,)
    I dont know much about them and not sure how they work,
    i have heard terrible things about them and there side affects which leads me to wonder...
    There are guys in my gym who use them orally and had the same problem as me...
    And have grown very quickly and have become and alot stronger too....

    This isnt a piss take just looking for advice...

    never use steriods it will come back someday to haunt you.


    better go natural and all of the hard work and determination wont go on vain

      No.... hard work and dedication > steroids.

      When you get off them, you lose 90% of what you gain... which is why they are addictive.


      You need to consume as much protein as you weigh...

      Example - 150lbs... you need 150 grams of protein.

      Eat pastas and carbs, and lots of protein... chicken fish tuna and shakes.

      And when your in the gym... lift heavy, and lift hard...

        Ive been working so hard mate and nothing happening,
        its so frustrating when you spend 2-3hours a day in the gym and not gettin results you want

          you need to feed your body correctly... your muscles cant grow if they dont have enough protein

            sometimes you have to try something new in your training.

            or another thing the grow is exponational you grow strong quick then after while you just grow little by little.

            that little by little everyday wont be shown very quick but after long term like one year from now you will see the result.

            Just record you training and see after one year you will look back and say how good you gotten

              I started off on creatine and got off it as i heard bad things,
              im currently using protein and advised to cut out on carbs (im thinkin because i have bit of a pot belly,)
              so ive stopped eating bread, pasta, rice etc etc....
              I get up in the morning have breakfast which consists of Bacon and fruit,
              i take natural wheat and fibre with no carbs aswell,
              i go to the gym jog for 15mins and do weights for a least an hour....
              Then i take one scoop of Protein and milk....
              Lunch i eat chicken and maybe a salad....
              Dinner i have a steak and again maybe a salad too....

              I dont eat after 8pm,
              maybe some fruit and always a protein shake again one scoop...
              I plan to take cassein protein before i go to bed when i get my hands on some....

              Im just under 13stone and 6"2

              Am i going about this right???

                2-3 hours in the gym?I'm not a weight lifter but from what i've read and heard,too much time spent in the gym doesnt mean u gonna get bigger..it can acctualy harm u,check this site out they got lots of info and u can also look what training suits ur bodytype best weigh powder,carbs,proteins etc..dont use steroids u gonna regret it.

                  Yeah, it might be diet related. If you're busting ass in the gym and not seeing results you may just need to eat more. Guys who work out a lot need to take in a lot. If you burn more caloris then you take in you won't gain weight. And as mentioned before steroids do have fast resluts but you loose it just a quick, so there really is no "short term" with em, and the side affects of long term use are just not worth it IMO.
