well i got a fight first week of september and i'm at 179 now, but i gotta make 165. i read DA1CATAS post from another thread about cutting weight so this is what i'm tryin to do based on what he said worked for him
6AM - roadwork
7AM - Breakfast - oatmeal with a banana and a cup of green tea
1130AM - Turkey breast sandwich on 2 pieces whole wheat bread with non fat cheese, and an apple
3PM - Whole weat pasta with piece of tilapia, and an apple
5-7PM or 6-8PM - train at the gym
9PM - 10grams glutamine
10PM - sleep
...repeat every day
this is what im gonna try and do, DA1, if u read this lemme know if this is similar to what u did, and anyone else lemme know of any tips if ya got any on makin weight fast cuz i dont wanna fight at 178 unless i have absolutely 100% no choice... thanks guys lookin forward to da responses.
