    Want great abs?

    Just check this video out, he explains how it has nothing to do with how many crunches or situps you do, infact you can have a nice 6-8pack without doing any crunches or situps

        you didnt know this? oh okay, whateva sure dont do situps......hmmm

        let me say it like this, ever see a person with a six pack yet there abs were weak?

        just cause you dont got a sick pack doesnt mean your abs are weak. I figure abs are like any other muscle, they need to be worked out in order to build them up....ie get stronger, **** what hes talking about.

            there is a ****eal device to measure it but it is not accurate but the one that is more accurate is by the the water wieght something like that

              He was mostly talking about to make them visable, so you can SEE the pack... he did say you can do situps/crunches to make them Stronger... which of coarse I'll do (as well as every other boxer should)

              But yeah, He was talking about making them visable

                  Technically speaking, we all got great abs, since we use the constantly, when we breath and when we walk. But if you want the Brad Pitt abs, you gotta work'em out as well. But only like once every 5 days.
