People said that Wlad has no heart because he never won a fight after getting KDed. In his last fight Wlad was KD then got up and fought back like a worrior. After that fight, I was expecting to hear people admit that Wlad has heart, at the least. What I heard instead was that Wlad has no chin.

Too much hate here. We can't stop it. Is it a good place to be at?

      Bye, Winter.
Nautilus, you write perfect words. I know Wladimir will be okay. I love him, and I wish for him to be champion. He will be champion. Nautilus, I will disappear with you.

In the grand scheme of things, Moorer is an average-good heavyweight. Nothing near great, which is what you claim Moorer to be. Randy Turpin beat Sugar Ray Robinson, i suppose Turpin is a great fighter in your eyes as well, based on your criteria of greatness.

As for Toney, he puncuated the the fight with a knockdown and started to really kick things up during the championship rounds. Yes, both were unanimous decision wins, but under two completely different circumstances and unfolded in two very distinct ways.

And if the Toney fans ranting and raving was intended for me, i'll say this: i don't like James Toney. In fact, i root against him in nearly every one of his fights. But i didn't bring him into this discussion.

          Cheers.

Beating someone a year before he retires is now being compared to Moorer beating a prime Holyfield? You were the one who said that Mesi is overrated yet he was able to do what the James the second coming Toney was not able to do. So that must mean that Toney is more overrated than Mesi or that Mesi isn't overrated at all. You choose.

Ray Robinson was beaten by Randy Turpin 14 years before he retired. And Moorer beat a prime Holyfield? Holyfield was coming off grueling matches with Rid**** Bowe and was pretty much considered finished after Moorer barely beat him. Also, Holyfield claimed to have an injured shoulder. Not sure if that's legit since Holyfield has excuses for everything.

What was Mesi able to do that Toney didn't? Get knocked down 3 times against Jirov?

Also, i think we're kind of getting off topic. oh well.

Also, James Toney is overrated, but he'd still beat the hell out of Joe Mesi.

                    Pansyboy,

McCline was considered the "next big thing out there" by whom? he wasn't an HBO fighter. That's the sign of a fighter whose considered that. Wlad had the HBO contract before hhe lost to Sanders. McCline was considered a big guy with potential who was decent. He was NEVER considered a sure bet to be a champion in the future. Wlad was. Get your facts straight. You're clearly a) not American/dont live in the USA or b) you don't have HBO to actually see the telecasts.

McCline was a top 10 heavyweight. he wasn't top 5. Stop exaggerating

Actually he retired less than a year later after losing to Joey Maxim. He like meny others couldn't stay retired though and he came back to fight 3 years later. After he came back he went 43-16-4 if I counted correctly which would show why he went into retirement in the first place. He was shot, Holyfield wasn't. End of story. Mesi was able to outbox Jirov, Toney wasn't.
