Booking fights with top opponents, while having an upcoming fight vs another top opponent, usually doesn’t end well.

    nah, he won't overlook Saunders

DAZN is pushing for Golovkin... Canelo will be looking at the guy in front of him

if Saunders gets cancelled for Golovkin I am gonna be pissed

if Golovkin is not gonna make good fights, he should at least not prevent them happening

Both of them looked awful in their last fight but Canelo is still the smart bet because he doesn’t lose decisions he deserves to lose.

          nothing.
Bjs has to ko canelo to win. Hes not doing that and even if he boxes circles around ginger hes still not gonna get the decision. They're looking past him

I hope so. I’ll be rooting for Canelo but I don’t think this is a good idea.

Canelo-BJS is signed, Canelo-GGG is agreed on.

These types situations don’t usually end well. It is spoiled by the interim guy.

GGG is safe. He is fighting the MW version of Paulie Malignaggi. With no experience at the top level. He will bulldoze right through Seremeta in about 2-3 rounds.

Canelo is fighting a very solid boxer who can spoil everything imo.

stand and fight like a Mexican !

              during the buildup...

I want to hear Canelo ridicule Golovkin for running in the rematch

I want to hear Canelo remind Golovkin to wear his sombrero

                Couple things I've heard,
                1. This fights gonna take place at 160. Canelo recently said hed take it at 60 but would need a fight at 68 (Saunders) 1st because 175 down to 60 would be too big of a cut. GGG has struggled to make 160 the last 2x maybe due to lack of motivation/discipline or maybe his age & as a result his conditioning hasnt looked the same. Canelos had known gas tank issues so it'll be interesting to see how it affects both of them.

                2. Golovkin started training with SNAC but got kicked out the program by Conte. because apparently, he refused to wear the SNAC logo on his trunks (lol). Seems to be some validity to that seeing as how Golovkin himself had never made it public that he was ever working with SNAC. Seems like he wanted to the training but didn't want to be associated with the brand or maybe there was a conflict with his Jordan & Hublot sponsors.

                3. Rumor from a reputable source: Golovkin faked his injury to postpone his mandatory IBF defense because he & Canelo were in talks for the trilogy. Fight was originally supposed to happen March 28th (which in hindsight would have been cancelled anyway) but apparently Golovkin wanted it later so that he wouldn't be sitting inactive until the fight in September. "Coincidentally" both Canelo & G are tentatively fighting in June

it's a good fight, no question

hard luck for Canelo if he overlooks Saunders... but I can't see it happening... he is too professional for that, and I think his team would sense a problem

2:1 isn't significant. That's GREAT value on Canelo. He should be 3:1 at this stage at least.

Also wtf is with it being 200:1000 on one side but 260:100 on the other? I thought casinos were supposed to make money being smarter than the betters, not by price gauging? That's a huge cut for the casinos out of every neutral bet, so to speak. It should be 200:100 both ways, and then they make money by betting smarter than the people betting.

I know they always do it with an extra percentage to them though, but this just seems larger than I ever remember before. But who knows maybe I just remember wrong. I don't bet so I'm no expert. But seems ridiculous.
