We just saw Wilder win a couple of rounds in the beginning with his jab.
If Wilder can do that, we can't count Usyk out. Of course I don't believe Usyk will ultimately win the fight because Fury has way too many advantages all around. But with his southpaw style and high ring IQ, he could make it interesting.Damn Wicked likes this.

It would take Fury underestimating Usyk and coming in an ill-prepared/300 lbs (which is not a far stretch) and a ref who would not let Tyson grab and lean on Usyk. But Fury is not Joshua. I think it's a bridge too far for Usyk, but I can’t help but be curious about it. I'm also not sure that after COVID, Fury was even fully recovered from it. It takes a long time to get your lungs back after COVID. A lighter Fury would give Usyk more problems. But oddly enough, It's Fury who has been knocked down quite a few times...Usyk has never been knocked down, and Fury isn't really a hard puncher. It would be the proverbial David and Goliath.

You people are nuts.
Fury beats up on a one trick , chinny, flat footed Wilder and suddenly he's unbeatable?
Usyk ain't gonna be standing there against the ropes letting Fury lean on him all night, and he'll be scoring with quicker, more accurate variety of shots.
He'll outpoint Fury.
He won't get the decision thoughGypshot likes this.
